Dear HM-san

The reason I leave ZXXXXX is totally due to  my personal issues. It has nothing to do with anyone or anything at work. When I met the problems, I always got a lot of help from other members of ZXXXXX. I really appreciate all your comments that remind and teach me a lot on work. I am sorry that sometimes I didn't do it well and let you down. But I do understand that's just a process of learing and getting experience.

I am not flattering you. This is my sincerest feeling. I really get a lot from the Japan site and that's what I feel most thankful for you.

Dear all Japan site members:

Due to my personal issues, I will leave zxxxxx today.

I will keep in mind the days I stayed in Japan last September. All the Japan site members took great care of me. That made me warm, especially for a junior engineer who was the first time on business trip to Japan.

Nakaoka-san and HM-san took me to go river hiking and mountain climbing. That was a wonderful experience.  I felt honor to join the annirversary celebration of Zxxxxx-Japan. I also remembered what a delicious of カレー that Ohishi-san recommended and the hotpot that Nakaoka-san treated me to a meal. Besides, the most important thing I've learned from Japan site is the professional attitude toward the work.

I think the Zxxxxx will be successful under your leadership and the effort of all members.

Dear HM-san

I hope you don't mind that there is one thing I want to suggest.

Could you please don't use the word "teach me" in mail?

The Taiwan site really understand and respect for your professional ability in dram design, especially the Mitsubishi circuit.(experience of many many years) When you say "please teach me ..." on some discussion in your mail, that really makes us uneasy.  As for me, how dare I "teach" you anything in dram?  That's impossible and ridiculous. If you find something wrong or unreasonable, or you can't figure out what the mail means, you can ask for a explanation or question the fault directly. Maybe you can say "tell me", "want to ask you" or else, just don't say "teach me".  (this is the example, not teaching you ^_^ ) This word may cause some bad association. We'll wonder if HM-san is angry or impatient? (this word works, if you really feel angry and impatient)

By the way, you are the first foreigner I talk to in English.(surprise? in Taiwan most people learn English for the examination, not for the communication.) And I really treasure our relationship during this period. Because we have somthing in common, such as mountain climbering, juzz, and working in the same area.(IC design)  I treat you as an idol I want to be. I hope one day I can have a great achievement in professional area like you and the colorful living as well. It's so sorry I can't follow you in the company. However I really get a lot from you and keep in mind forever.

May things always turn out the way you expect, same for peace, love joy and happiness.

Dear HM-san:

I hope you don't mind that there is one thing I would like to suggest.

For us, you are very professional in the field of Mitshbishi circuit and we all respect you for that. Everytime when  we see your email saying "teach me", we felt very uneasy and nervious. I wouldn't think  as a  beginner(or junior ....it's your choice)  like me  is able to  teach you anything  in dram.

If you find something wrong or unreasonable  that can't figure out what the mail means, you can  always ask for a explanation or question the fault directly. Maybe you can say "tell me", "want to ask you" ...etc , pls try to avoid the word "teach me". It would be too much for us. (:P add an expression here...)

We'll wonder if HM-san is angry or impatient?  ( if you really feel angry and impatient, then this word works.

By the way, you are the first foreigner I talk to in English.(Surprise? in
Taiwan most people learn English for the examination, not for the communication.)  I really treasure our relationship during this period.  We have things in common, such as mountain climbing, "juzz" (do u mean jazz??), and works in the same area.(IC design) You are like a role model to me and wish someday I can have the same achievement in professional area and lives a colorful life like you. It's a pity that I can't follow your foot step in the company. However, I really get a lot from you and will keep in mind what you have taught me.

May things always turn out the way you expect, same for peace, love joy and happiness.
